The Jewel Trunk is a unique piece of work, aesthetically. The borders are embedded with chequered- patterned brass from top to bottom stripes with circular brass work in the middle of each square. It has one hollow unit with ample space for storage with two handles made out of heavy-duty iron. In olden days, this trunk was used to store precious jewels and diamonds.
